Making a purchase:

Orders may be placed via the web site, by post.

Credit cards will not be charged until the item is dispatched. Accept Visa/Mastercard/Maestro/Delta

Prices were correct at the time of uploading to the web but Stronghold Miniatures reserves the right to change these prices without any notice.

Shipping and handling.

15% UK, minimum £1.50
At cost to the rest of the world which will include a signature requirement on higher value parcels.
Please note the web site has guides set at 20% for EEC and 30% for the Rest of the World. These prices hold true for parcels below 2KG in weight. Above this weight the price increases dramatically. Thus please only use the postal charges displayed on a web site order as a guide.
I do not accept responsibility for lost parcels, I don't guarantee postal deliveries. There is also an option at checkout to purchase insurance with your order. We always obtain a 'proof of posting' for all orders sent out. Unfortunately we can't afford to automatically replace orders that 'get lost' although we will do our best to track them down for you.

Delivery Schedule

Metal items are normally despatched straight away, unless it is a large order.
Please allow at least 28 days for production of all resin items. At busier times, or when a mould needs to be replaced, these lead times may be exceeded. Please use them as a guide only.

Back Order

All items are made to order. I hold minimal stocks of resin items because of space restrictions in my workshop

Tax Charges.

Stronghold Miniatures is not VAT registered at this time, therefore overseas buyers can't currently reclaim this cost.

Credit card security

The website has a secure server but your card will not be charged as a Paypal invoice will be sent out once the goods are ready for despatch..

Guarantee

Stronghold Miniatures do not guarantee postal deliveries
If you wish to insure your parcel please tell us at the point of ordering for a quote. Resin products are classed as ceramics and therefore uninsurable.
Stronghold Miniatures is not responsable for any local duties or taxes enforced upon trying to deliver a product.

Returns policy

Should your ordered products arrive damaged Stronghold Miniatures will replace the items if you return them all to us at your own expense together with the original packaging.
Should a package be returned to us as undeliverable Stronghold Miniatures will expect further payment to resend the parcel at normal postage rates

£500 (excluding postage)  25% off list price

All discounts will be applied retrospectively, so place your order, the website won't reflect this, but then when we send out the invoice it will show the discount.

The items Stronghold Miniatures sells are not Toys, may contain lead and have sharp edges, and they should not be given to children under the age of 14. Please do not ingest these products.
